The morning begins with a few words of inspiration from Jeff Galloway. Participants can choose from a 3- or 5-mile route. For those who have never tried the run-walk-run method, this is a fantastic opportunity to do so with the man who invented it. Or, if you prefer to run the whole thing, that’s great, too. Refreshments will be served following the run. Doors open at 6 a.m.
