Olympia’s Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd is offering a free community concert on Sunday August 15, at 1601 North Street, across from Oly High School. Guest musician Miguel Perez-Gibson will perform at 11 AM on our outdoor stage under a beautiful canopy of tall firs. Miguel is a versatile guitarist who loves to play an eclectic array of music, from classical, flamenco, blues, folk, Latin folkloric, slack key, to Celtic and world guitar music. He has played in Olympia both as a soloist and as a member of the Olympia-based group Los Calaveras.
All are welcome and are encouraged to bring their own chairs, though the church will provide chairs to those who need them. Good Shepherd follows COVID safety protocols for masking and social distancing.
