Family Caregiver Education Series: Mealtime, Food & Senior Nutrition

This workshop will help you: Learn how seniors feel about meals and eating, discover what prevents a senior from eating right, and the warning signs of poor nutrition. Also, find out how to help your senior loved one shop for groceries and prepare nutritious meals as well as make mealtime more enjoyable for your loved one.

Each quarter, beginning in January 2015, we will provide a once a month in-house program with timely relevant takeaways for you, the family caregiver. Each month we will provide a more detailed outline of the classes to come as well as what to expect for the next quarter following. All family caregiver workshops are FREE .
