Evergreen Gallery is pleased to present “Captivated Corpus,” an exhibition of work by five photography students who have been meeting together since October 2014: Corey Coomes, Rosemary Engstrom, Rene Garcia, Kuwilileni Hauwanga, and Lily Smith. While concentrating on creating art individually, they have met weekly to critique each other’s work, and to assist each other in their artistic process and growth as photographers. In their work they explore many different themes and concepts, among them; gender, religion, human nature and the body.
The Evergreen Gallery is located on the entry level of the Library building, room 2204.
