Learn to make Beth’s Ham and Asparagus Quiche with a Flaky Butter Crust in this hands-on class. She’ll give you the instruction you need to create the delectable crust to take home and then you’ll get to enjoy the quiche, along with a little salad, in class. Students are requested to bring their own quiche pan if possible. Complementary wine pairing. $50
