Downtown Strategy Workshop

Join us on Saturday, February 20, 2016 for the second in a series of workshops for the Downtown Strategy. Participants are encouraged to stay for the entire workshop, 9:30 a.m. – Noon at the Olympia Center, 222 Columbia Street NW. At this session, we will evaluate proposals about the mix and areas of emphasis for residential, retail, entertainment and jobs in downtown, along with related transportation connections & infrastructure, character and other special features. Input will be used to establish a guiding framework that will inform future steps, such as updating the downtown parking strategy, design & development standards, clean & safe initiatives and more.

Free child-care is available while attending the workshop. The child must be potty-trained, and a light snack will be provided.
