We are alive, therefore we will die. This is a simple truth. We are not shocked when we hear these words. Yet, how much does death shape our life? We do not need to live in a state of constant fear of dying, nor do we need to die with regrets. We can balance the days in our life with a healthy understanding of death and we will find more meaning and happiness arising from our decisions.

We will be looking at Death and Dying over the course of 3 classes, each class being held on the 3rd week of the month (see below for the day and date. Each class will look at a different aspect of death and dying from the Buddhist perspective. In this class, we will look at what is death and what we need to do if we want to be prepared.

In Olympia, Fridays, March 15 & April 19 from 7 – 8:30 pm
