We all need healthy ways of dealing with impermanence. Buddha said the end of collection is dispersion, the end of rising is falling, the end of meeting is parting, and the end of birth is death. Impermanence is a natural part of life, so why do we find it so painful? In this meditation class, we will learn methods to let go of the grief and suffering that we usually experience with loss.
Class fee is $25
