EDUCATE, MOTIVATE, and STRIVE for BETTER HEALTH this Fall! The Briggs Y will be hosting a Community Health Fair to provide participants with a health-filled tool kit. Participants can take part in everything from A1C testing to blood pressure checks, fitness tests, and free mammogram scheduling.
