Music by master composers Leonard Bernstein and Benjamin Britten will be only part of the treat when one of Puget Sound’s finest choirs, Choral Arts NW, presents “Immortal Fire” at 3:00 pm, Sunday, May 15, at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Olympia.

The chorus also will perform the world premieres of newly-commissioned works by Jake Runestad and Eric William Barnum, both of whom will be present and participate in a pre-concert conversation with the Choral Arts Artistic Director, Dr. Robert Bode, at 2:30.

The Olympia Youth Chorus Cantibile ensemble, which unites over 40 treble voices under the direction of Cynthia Dinsmore, will be featured guest, alongside nationally-renowned Colorado baritone David Earwig.
