Brown Bag History Talk

The Olympia Tumwater Foundation invites you to bring a lunch and your curiosity to our “Noontime Brown Bag” history talk on Thursday, November 20. Noted local historian and author Shanna Stevenson will share wonderful stories and photos about Tumwater’s rich heritage with her presentation “Fall for the Falls: History and Images of Tumwater Falls on the Deschutes River.” The lectures are hosted at the historic Schmidt House, located at 330 Schmidt Place in Tumwater. Programs begin at noon and last for one hour. Admission is free, but space is limited for this popular lecture series. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
