Beginning Cheesemaking w/ Billy & Michelle of Boggy Hollow Farm. Sunday, June 15th, Noon-2ish. We’ll demonstrate making fresh mozzarella, work on some chevre, and sample some fresh, homemade feta. We’ll cover the do’s and don’ts of home cheesemaking and share our experiences and insights (both good and bad) on DIY dairy and cheese. The fee for this class is $10.
