“Band Classics” is a concert presented by the South Puget Sound New Horizons Band (SPSNHB), a sixty-member band of local musicians aged 50 and up. The band rehearses every week in northeast Olympia.
This free concert will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday morning, March 20, 2024, at the Worthington Center on the St. Martin’s University campus in Lacey.
You will hear a special selection of band music that has stood the test of time, from composers such as Gustav Holst, Ralph Vaughan Williams, Karl King, Percy Grainger and more! Admission is free, although donations are always gladly accepted. (We are a 501c3 non-profit organization.)
