Author Talk: Jess Walters

Award-winning author Jess Walter, a native of Spokane, WA, will share his craft and body of work at the second annual Les Bailey Writers Series. Walter was a finalist for the 2006 National Book Award and won the 2005 Edgar Allan Poe Award. He has also been a finalist for the PEN/USA Literary Prize and the Los Angeles Times Book Prize. His work has appeared in Best American Short Stories, Tin House, Harper’s and more. The Les Bailey Writers series aims to bring authors of note to Saint Martin’s University to read and discuss their work. This event is free and open to the public. Located in the Norman Worthington Conference Center.
