The National Parks Service turned 100 years old this past August 26. To mark the occasion, veteran park ranger and author, Russell Cahill, will share stories, history and book excerpts.
His latest book, “Tales from the Parks: My Adventures as a Park Ranger “tells “true life adventures of park rangers in the 1960s and 70s and how the park service led me to Yosemite, Alaska, and Maui with a side trip to Washington D.C. during the year Earth Day was declared.”
All TRL programs are free and open to the public.
