Aerial Yoga Kids Series Info Session

Aeriel Yoga includes work with aerial hammocks, allowing it’s participants to freely move in and around the ground, the air and upside-down. It is safe and approachable, but oh so fun, and helps with body awareness, strength and motor skills in an unparalleled way.

This Wednesday, June 22nd at 11am families are invited to a meet and greet info session for parents and kids to learn about the workshop and get a feel for the slings. Groups and class times will be divided into age groups dependent on how many sign up. Please let me know if you have any questions!
