As you may know, the EcoBuilding Guild began the Green Tour here in Olympia in 2008. The Tour featured homes and commercial sites around Olympia with sustainable elements of design, construction, and materials. And while 2012 was the last Green Tour in Olympia, it has continued in Seattle as an enormous annual success. Each year Site Hosts help people actually see their sustainable options and find local businesses to help them.
The time is right to bring the Green Tour back to Olympia. And the time is right for people to get excited about the efforts toward sustainability our community is making.
