The aloha spirit of Hawaii makes a joyful return to Saint Martin’s University Saturday, April 5, when the doors of the University’s Marcus Pavilion open at 5 p.m. for the annual Lu’au. Sponsored by Saint Martin’s University’s Hui `O Hawai`i Club, the Lu’au remains a popular tradition, attracting hundreds of area residents each year to savor a tropical taste of culture. The evening includes an authentic Lu’au feast, as well as music and entertainment from several South Seas cultures.
A country store will be open, from which people can purchase Hawaiian goodies and accessories. There will also be a keiki booth, where children can go and participate in fun activities.
