She has over 15 years of youth programming leadership experience including Early Head Start, private sector education and recreation, and a decade within the YMCA itself.
Throughout Tristin’s career, she has consistently demonstrated a deep commitment to quality, strategic thinking, and impactful leadership, resulting in transformative outcomes for children, families, and organizations alike.
Drawing from her rich experience in cultivating strategic partnerships, creating engaging curricula, and managing large teams, Tristin is poised to make a transformative impact in her role as Senior Director of School Age Childcare at South Sound YMCA.
