US 101 Night Ramp Closures Scheduled in Tumwater Sunday, August 23

During the evening of Sunday, August 23, overnight travelers who use US 101 to reach southbound Interstate 5 are encouraged to give themselves extra time. Crews also plan to close both the Crosby Boulevard Southwest/Mottman Road on-ramps to southbound US 101

10:00 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 23 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, Aug. 24

  • The southbound US 101 on-ramp to southbound I-5 will close.
    • Travelers will detour via northbound I-5, Port of Olympia/Henderson Boulevard and southbound I-5.
  • Crosby Boulevard Southwest/Mottman Road Southwest on-ramps to southbound US 101 will close.
    • Travelers will use alternate routes.

The overnight closures allow Washington State Department of Transportation maintenance crews to install signage and refresh lane markings.
