Beginning April 11, the Thurston Economic Development Council’s Center for Business & Innovation will offer Build Your Market as part of our ScaleUp Training Series.
We’ve designed Build Your Market to help you develop a strategy to accelerate your business growth. You’ll explore and identify new market opportunities, improve your products and services to optimize your competitive advantage and better understand your ideal customers and then develop your implementation plan to increase sales.
Build Your Market will teach business owners how to:
• Identify and explore growth opportunities
• Develop a competitive advantage
• Define a marketing strategy
• Choose the most effective marketing tactics
This course is offered over four Thursdays, April 11 through May 2 from 8:30 a.m. through 12:00 p.m. at the Center for Business & Innovation.
