Olympia Federal Savings is proud to announce Mari Madsen, Belfair Branch Manager, as Employee of the Quarter. Madsen was selected for the honor because of her commitment to community, extraordinary customer service and ongoing leadership in developing her team.
Madsen is involved with North Mason Rotary, Mason County Truancy Board and the North Mason Giving Tree, which provides gifts and food to those in need during the holiday season. As co-chair of the Giving Tree event, Madsen dedicates countless hours of her time fundraising, collecting food and gifts, and organizing the distribution and celebration programs. Madsen often does this work on weekends and uses her vacation time to ensure the community’s needs are met.
“Mari is someone who leads by example and is frequently the first person to arrive and the last to leave each day to make sure her team has what it needs to succeed,” Lori Olympia Federal Savings President and CEO said. “Mari’s selfless actions are an inspiration to all of us at OlyFed.”
