Over 1000 Thurston County 8th–11th grade students expected to register to attend the ninth Find Your Future career exploration event hosted by the Thurston County Chamber Foundation on Saturday, March 19 at Olympia High School.  Partnered with area school districts, and support from various sponsors, there is no cost for students and parents to attend.

Find Your Future regularly attracts over 1,000 students and parents who enjoy presentations and panel discussions about careers and post high school opportunities.

The student’s day will kick-off with two breakout sessions, each targeted to different career paths. Students note breakout session preferences when they register online.  Registration will close on Friday, March 11.  Parent sessions include discussions on post high school options, financial aid & scholarships, and career resources.

The event will wrap-up with students and parents meeting informally with representatives from a wide array of businesses, colleges, and universities at the Resource Fair.

Find Your Future is a program of the Thurston County Chamber Foundation and is a biennial event. For more information on the event and to register, visit ThurstonChamber.com & click on Find Your Future or call 360.357.3362.
