Chestnut VillageRob Rice Homes, located in South Puget Sound, Washington began developing Chestnut Village in February of 2013.  Rob is unique in that he does both land development and home building. “I’ve been developing residential real estate in the South Puget Sound since the early 1980s.  Having built over 3,000 homes in 18 communities, I have the expertise and knowledge to develop a community designed for living.  Chestnut Village has expansive open space tracts and landscaping coupled with an ideal location so I’m certain it will be a popular choice for many new home buyers.” stated Rob.

This new home community located in Olympia Washington at the corner of Yelm Highway and Rich Road will consist of 107 new homes and is ideally located a short distance to all Olympia Schools and just minutes to downtown Olympia and area shopping.

Main floor master and a variety of two story home plans ranging in size from 1,950 square feet to 2,895 square feet will be offered.  Homes will be loaded with upgrades including slab granite counters, Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, white millwork and fully landscaped & fenced backyards.  Home construction is currently under way in Chestnut Village.

Rob is selling new homes in seven other new home communities in the South Puget Sound area. Rob has lived in the South Puget Sound area since 1985 and resides in Olympia with his wife Helena, their two children Alex Michael and Carson.  Rob is a graduate of Washington State University with a degree in architecture and construction management.  In his spare time he enjoys coaching his son’s baseball, football and basketball teams through local Thurston County leagues.
