Thurston County Auditor Kim Wyman just announced to 15 same-sex couples receiving their marriage licenses that a group of Thurston County judges are planning to perform wedding ceremonies at midnight on Dec. 9 at the Thurston County Courthouse–the first day (the first minute) that same-sex couples can be married in Washington state after the three-day waiting period. We don’t have many details, other than it was Thurston County Superior Court Presiding Judge H. Christopher Wickham who spoke with Kim Wyman about the plans for Dec. 9.

Watch for more information soon.
