Workshop: Structural Balancing For Lower Legs & Feet

We will be using advanced myofacial techniques to create functional support for the rest of the body through freeing and balancing the joints in the feet, ankles, and knees. You will also learn specific techniques for widening lengthening which creates a solid foundation for the legs to rest on.
