Those who are familiar with Community Land Trusts know this is a long term solution to having affordable houses and homeownership for working poor, cost burdened people and families.
Thurston Housing Land Trust invites anyone who values the equity sharing model that keeps housing out of the speculative market and into the hands of community governed, non-profit development to become supporting or participating members.
