Stream Team Talk: Dr. Alison Styring

Stream Team is excited to host a talk by Dr. Alison Styring, PhD Ornithologist with The Evergreen State College on her ongoing study: Avian Monitoring in Temperate Rainforests. Her current research monitors the community ecology and long-term population trends of resident and migratory birds residing in The Evergreen State College campus forest. This work occurs as a part of a long-term forest monitoring project, Evergreen Ecological Observation Network. Dr. Styring will discuss her findings while using bioacoustic inventories in the forest canopy and understory. This talk is for bird enthusiasts and non- enthusiasts alike!
