Thurston County Family and Juvenile Court will be holding a special event to celebrate all families who adopt and help raise awareness of the more than 2,000 legally free children in Washington State foster care awaiting a forever family.
The Adoption Day celebration will begin with refreshments and reception to follow. Children will be able to participate in activities including Booker T. Bear and craft projects from the Hands on Children’s Museum.
