Although we wish to be happy all the time, we do not know how to be, and because of this we usually destroy the happiness we have by developing anger, attachment, jealousy and other painful states of mind.

In this class, we will look at practical meditation tools that guide us to inner peace and authentic happiness. We will do this through exploring the basic foundation of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s “New Meditation Handbook”, which will show us how to shift our view and intention through meditation. This book is presented in such a way that modern people can integrate these practices into their daily lives.

This class consists of guided meditations and a talk on how to integrate ancient wisdom into our life so that we can experience more happiness and inner peace. No meditation experience is necessary. Everyone welcome.
