Come join our community Family Wellness Fair held at NW High Intensity Training Center in conjunction with Whetstone Fitness and our neighbors at CIELO and Thurston County Family Services.
There will be fun and fitness for the whole family. We have local health and wellness vendors, raffles, drawings for prizes, chair massages, kids activities including a bounce house and face painting.
Try CrossFit workouts on the hour, fitness classes, Zumba, and visit with local partners in health and wellness… and so much more!
We are also excited to host a submission grappling event starting at 10:00 am on the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu mats at NW High Intensity Training Center. A fun event, there will be grapplers from the NW region, as well as donations going to benefit the Monarch Children’s Justice and Advocacy Center – for adults and children who have been sexually abused.
Whetstone Fitness will also have their grand re-opening ceremony at 11:00 am.
