Because we live in a democracy, we all share responsibility for shaping the future. Today’s young people build on the progress their parents’ and grandparents’ generations have made. But we’re not done yet….we cannot take our rights to have our voices heard for granted. Please join us for a community round table discussion addressing questions such as these: * Do you think your vote makes a difference? *What obstacles to voting do you perceive? * How do you decide who to vote for or how to vote on issues? * What sources of information do you use to help you decide? * Are there changes in the current voting system that you think would make it easier to vote?
