Providence Swedish, part of the Providence family of organizations, is pleased to announce the completion of construction of additional patient space and upgrades to technology at Providence St. Peter Hospital in December.
The details:
- 51-new beds to provide a better healing environment for those in need
- 42-new beds for observation patients and extended hospital stay outpatients located on the 2nd The first 21 beds will begin admitting patients Monday, Dec. 12.
- 9-new beds added to support procedural patients.
- Adding the latest technology for 2 of our Cardiac Cath Labs for heart catheterization procedures.
- 3 new Computerized Tomography (CT scanners) located at St. Peter and Centralia Hospitals.
- New outpatient Physical and Speech Therapy office has opened in Lacey to allow future hospital inpatient bed expansion.
