Olympia Federal Savings is proud to announce Deidre Michie, Human Resources Generalist, as Employee of the Quarter. Michie was chosen for this award because she is incredibly thorough, professional and highly responsive when it comes to providing expert employee recruitment, hiring, orientation and benefits support.
Michie is dedicated to her professional development and recently received her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation, while also leading and implementing several new projects like Applicant Pro, Oly Fed’s new online job posting and application tool.
