TCVLS also announced an expansion in free civil legal advice for qualifying individuals and families.  Legal advice clinic will now be available three times each month at the Family Support Center — on the second and fourth Tuesdays and, starting in June, on the third Wednesday of each month.   Additional clinics are held at SafePlace for survivors of domestic violence and Thurston County Superior Court for housing issues.

TCVLS will also start a legal advice clinic in Grays Harbor County this summer and will have Juvenile Record Sealing events in Olympia and Shelton in the fall.

TCVLS uses volunteer attorneys to provide legal advice to low income clients with income under 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.   For information about receiving free legal advice or volunteering, call (360) 705-8194.
