Thursday, October 17, at the Great Wolf Lodge, the Providence St. Peter Hospital Regional Heart Center will present a free community event featuring internationally-renowned physician, health coach, speaker and author Dr. Karen Wolfe.
Heart disease is different for women. There’s a true connection between matters of the heart and heart health. And since women are most often at the center of family wellness, their example can nurture a heart-healthy family.
Dr. Wolfe will help teach women to thrive, not just survive, by using her eight practical steps to family wellness. “Women’s Night Out” will take place at the Great Wolf Lodge from 7-8 p.m.

Dr. Karen Wolfe graduated from Sydney University Medical School, practiced primary care medicine, served as medical director of the Australian Government Health Service and earned a master’s degree in psychology – and she’s passionate about helping people live their healthiest possible lives. Today, Dr. Wolfe is an international speaker with a special focus on mind-body medicine and women’s health.
