Brent Foster, owner of Northwest Infrared Services in Olympia, recently received the Level III Infrared Thermography Certification, the highest level of certification available. As one of only a handful of thermographers certified at this level in the State of Washington, Foster is now qualified to train Level I and Level II thermographers, as well as provide advanced consulting for corporations.
