Each year the Port of Olympia Commission schedules regular evening meetings in communities around Thurston County to make attendance easier for the citizens whom the Commission and Port serve.
The Commission meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month at 5:30 PM. The regular evening meeting location is the LOTT Clean Water Alliance Board Room, 500 Adams St. NE, Olympia. Following are upcoming meetings scheduled at other locations:
May 14 – Rainier City Hall, 102 Rochester St.
June 11 – Yelm Public Safety Building, 206 McKenzie Ave.
July 9 – Bucoda Community Center (Historic Oddfellows Building),110 North Main St.
July 23 – Tenino City Hall, 149 Hodgden St. S.
Note: There will be no Port Commission meeting on Memorial Day, May 28.
The public is invited to give testimony or comment on agenda items or other items of interest to the public. The agenda for an evening meeting is generally published a week prior to the meeting. http://www.portolympia.com/index.aspx?NID=89
