Unlikely Alliances with Author Zoltán Grossman

Unlikely alliances have joined Native communities with their rural white neighbors–some of whom had been their adversaries in treaty rights conflicts–to safeguard their local environment. They have confronted mines, pipelines, dams, and other threats to both Native peoples and white ranchers, farmers, and fishers. Zoltán Grossman is professor of Geography and Native Studies at The Evergreen State College. This program will be held after regular library hours and no other services will be available.
