Jeff Birkenstein, Ph.D., Saint Martin’s University Professor, will speak about his experience traveling the world in search of great food and good stories, both universal ways of bringing people with a focus on his more than tow decades of teaching food and fiction at St. Martin’s and as a Fulbright Scholar in Petrozavodsk, Russia.
