FREE Stroller Strides Class

Join us for the very exciting grand opening of FIT4MOM Lacey! We are so excited to bring Stroller Strides to the Regional Athletic Complex (RAC) and see that gorgeous view of Mt. Rainier while we work out!

There will be a FREE Stroller Strides class, taught by certified pre-and postnatal fitness instructors, gift bags for all new attendees as well as raffle prizes! Bring the kiddos, bring your friends!

Beginning May 12, classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. We will generally gather near the middle covered picnic structure next to the parking lot before class.

For the grand opening only, registration will open at 9:30 a.m. and the FREE Stroller Strides class will start at 10:00 a.m.
