Olympia Arts Walk, a semi-annual community event celebrating the arts both regionally and nationally happens October 5-6 in Downtown Olympia. Since October 1990, thousands have gathered in both the fall and spring for a festive arts experience that uses creativity to connect and engage people from Olympia and the surrounding community.

  • Friday, October 5, 2018 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, October 6, 2018 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Event maps will be available two weeks before the event at participating locations and online at olympiawa.gov/artswalk.  For updates, follow the event on the City of Olympia Facebook page.

Fall Cover Artwork – “Fire and Ice”  by Mark Larson

The featured cover art on the Fall Arts Walk map is an oil painting titled “Fire and Ice” by Mark Larson. Mark’s artwork follows his interest of how modern man and nature intersect and influence each other. “Fire and Ice”, along with other selected artworks will be on display at the State of the Arts Gallery (#90) for the Fall Arts Walk.
