Downtown Shelton knows just how to kick off the season with our HOLIDAY MAGIC event!
This annual event is a joint effort between the Kristmas Town Kiwanis and the Shelton Downtown Merchants to create two days of merriment and FREE family activities.
It all starts FRIDAY DECEMBER 1st with the following festivities:
• The Shelton Downtown Merchants are offering a “SHOP SHELTON FIRST” rewards card! For every $25 spent shopping downtown, get a stamp on your card. After 10 stamps, your card is full and ready to be entered in a drawing prizes! More details to come. MERCHANTS WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 8:00pm for SHOPPING!
• FREE MOVIE at Shelton Cinemas! You can enjoy HOW THE GRINCH STOLE CHRISTMAS (2000) at 3:45pm. Just bring a donation of non-perishable food for free entry.
• MERCHANTS WILL BE OPEN UNTIL 8:00pm for SHOPPING!
The KRISTMAS TOWN KIWANIS PRESENT:
• Tree lighting at the Post Office Park – 6:00pm
• After the tree lighting there is much to see and do!
• School Choirs perform in Post Office Park
• Santa and Mrs. Claus will also be there to visit with!
• Don’t miss the bonfires and Marshmallow Roasting, Wagon Rides and Kiddie Train Rides on Railroad Avenue!
