In recognition of the 2024 Theme of Black History Month, “African Americans and the Arts,” the Governor’s Mansion Foundation is inviting you to an evening reception on February 26, 2024 honoring Black Washington artists Barbara Earl Thomas, and Hiawatha D, also Jacob Lawrence whose works are featured in the Mansion. Guests will also enjoy the music of Carl Ratcliffe on the piano. Join us for this “Celebration of Excellence” at the Governor’s Mansion in Olympia, Washington.
Appetizers and Washington wines will be served, the WOW Gallery will be selling Hiawatha D’s work and other gifts. Dressy attire.
