College Street SE in Lacey, between 31st Avenue SE and 37th Avenue SE, remains closed due to a fallen tree and power lines. Puget Sound Energy (PSE) has reviewed the site and classified it as an emergency. However, due to the magnitude of the storm damage, their resources are fully engaged in higher priority places. At the time of this release, PSE was not able to provide an estimated response time.
