The Thurston County Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 24, at 5:30 p.m. at the Courthouse, Building 2, Room 280, to receive public comments on the proposed rates and charges for the Thurston Conservation District.

What: Public Hearing on Thurston Conservation District’s Proposed Rates and Charges

When: Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at 5:30 p.m.

Where: Thurston County Courthouse, 2000 Lakeridge Dr SW, Olympia, Building 1, Room 280

The hearing is to gather citizen input on the proposal to approve a system of rates and charges on properties in those portions of unincorporated Thurston County, the municipalities of Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater and those portions of the municipalities of Rainier, Tenino, and Yelm within the Thurston Conservation District as of their boundaries established in 1947, for collection in 2020 – 2024.

The public may provide comments in person during the hearing or submit them, in writing, to: Ramiro Chavez, Board of County Commissioners, 2000 Lakeridge Dr. SW, Olympia, WA 98502. Written comments must be received by 4:00 p.m. on September 24, 2019.
