Returning starters: Trevor McGruder, TB/SS, 5-10, 180, sr; Kevin Damitio, WR/FS, 5-10, 160, sr; Tyler LeBien, FB, 6-1, 180, sr., started at quarterback last season.
Top newcomers: Jimmy Kim, Center/D-line/ kicker, 6-0, 240, jr; Elijah Shoffner, QB, 5-11, 160, jr.
Coach’s comments: We’re starting with a blank slate. We’ve got 18 guys out and 10 are rookies. A lot to get in in the first two weeks. A lot of fundamentals to get in. They’re doing pretty good. South Bend, the reigning state champs, should be pretty tough again.
