NW High Intensity Training Center is hosting an important Women’s Self Defense seminar for all women of Thurston County, designed to empower ALL women of ALL abilities with our UNIQUE and EASY to remember techniques that WILL work under pressure.

The following topics will be covered:

Proper Mindset
Criminal Motives
Hardening Your Home
Automobile Safety
The students will then be introduced to physical self defense techniques designed to escape common threats. This is not a martial arts class, but rather a common sense approach to dealing with attempted physical violence and abduction. Physical prowess and strength are not required to effectively participate and accomplish these techniques.

Techniques include:

Hair and clothing counters
Arm counters
Choke standing/wall/ground counters
Weapon counters
Closed quarters (vehicles) counters
