Thurston County historical groups hosting Hands On Activities on Sunday @ the Fair. Fair Theme is America, the Beautiful. Daughters of the American Revolution will have items for children to create or just sign a very special birthday card for 100 year old Barbara Nichols a retired Army Nurse who served in World War II, Korean and Vietnam Wars. Daughters of the American Colonists will have a hands on coloring project to take home and more. Daughters of the Civil War Union Veterans has many surprises you may not know … Several other Museums will have hands on activities as well.
