Making Excellence Inclusive by Dr. Damon Williams

Dr. Williams has written numerous books and articles on inclusive excellence initiatives in higher education and with Fortune 500 companies. He has worked as an Associate Vice Chancellor, Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer for University of Wisconsin-Madison, Inclusive Excellence Strategy Leader with the AAC&U and Chief Diversity Officer with the American Council on Education.

This seminar will lay the foundation for our shared understanding as a community of inclusive excellence (IE), how an IE framework advances equity and how our individual and collective roles should lead this work on our campus. The research shared during his keynote will be helpful for the advancement of equity within any type of organization.
